Business broadband, phones and mobiles

BT plans to retire its old copper landline network by 31 January 2027. We check your broadband, phone lines and VoIP, and the lines your card machines and alarms rely on, and keep your telecoms contract in your portal with every other service.

  • Ready for the copper switch-off
  • Broadband, VoIP and mobiles compared
  • Card machine and alarm lines included
What we check

Six things we check on your telecoms.

Phone lines and broadband often sit on different contracts with different end dates. These are the details we look at first.

Lines still on copper

Which of your lines still use the old copper network, ahead of the January 2027 switch-off.

Card machines and alarms

Openreach lists card terminals, alarms, CCTV and door entry among the equipment that may need upgrading.

Broadband type and speed

Whether SOGEA broadband, which needs no phone line, suits your site.

Phones and VoIP

How many users and numbers you need, and whether VoIP replaces your landlines.

Power cuts

Digital lines may not work in a power cut without backup power, so we check what needs it.

Contract end dates

Broadband, phone and mobile contracts often end on different dates. We put them on one list.

How we show it

Lines, broadband and calls, side by side.

Your current lines sit next to the replacement, with what the copper switch-off means for each one.

How it works

Four steps, one contact.

  1. Step 1

    Send your bills

Your latest broadband and phone bills, and a list of anything plugged into a phone line.

  2. Step 2

    We check the dates first

Every end date and notice window, and which lines still use copper.

  3. Step 3

    We compare options

Broadband, phones and mobiles, side by side with what you pay now.

  4. Step 4

You choose, we do the rest

We arrange the move, and your contracts go into your portal.

One of eight

Telecoms is just the start.

Bring your electricity, gas, water, waste, card machines, cash advance and insurance into the same portal, with the same contact. One place for every contract saves you time.
