Who we help: utilities by type of business

Every type of business uses energy, water and phone lines differently. Choose yours to see what usually matters, what we check first and what to send us.

  • Electricity and gas always quoted separately
  • Contract end dates and notice windows checked before we quote
  • One point of contact for every service and every site

What we do for every business, whatever the sector

The services are the same; what changes is where the cost sits and which rules apply. A restaurant’s bills are driven by kitchens and refrigeration, a warehouse’s by lighting, heating and handling equipment, a salon’s by hot water. So we start from your bills and your contract dates, not from a standard package.

  • We read your latest bills and note the unit rates, standing charges and contract end date exactly as printed
  • We check the notice window before anything else, so a renewal date is not missed
  • We quote electricity and gas separately, and never blend rates
  • For several sites, we check each site against its own usage, not a group average

Frequently asked questions

My type of business is not listed. Can you still help?

Yes. These pages cover the businesses we hear from most often, but the services work the same way for any UK business. Send us a recent bill and tell us what you do.

Do you only work with small businesses?

We work with small and medium-sized businesses, from a single shop or unit to groups with dozens of sites.

How are you paid?

For energy and water, we are paid a commission by the supplier you choose, and it is included in the rates you are quoted. Energy suppliers must show broker fees in your contract terms. Whatever the service, we tell you how we are paid before you sign.

Every type of business, one contact.

Send us a recent bill and we will start with your contract dates and prices, whatever your business does.
